The Friends of The Grove Academy PTA was set up to work alongside our school raising funds to improve and enhance our pupils teaching & learning experience.
This is achieved through the running of several events throughout the year from key stage group events, our summer fete, and adult only events, which include our quiz nights.
We meet every Friday morning at 8.45 am. Each year the money raised goes towards further activities for the children and items to support the school with resources.
In recent years money raised has gone towards class interactive screens, playground improvements, laptops and storage trolleys as well as books, Christmas pantomimes and magic shows. Everyone is welcome, just pop along to the school office on Friday morning.
If you are unable to make the meetings there are several ways you can still be involved from helping out at events to donation collections. Any help big or small is always appreciated. To find out more speak to a member or email: thegroveacademypta@gmail.com
